ANNUAL INSURANCE, MATERIALS, USE FEES:

  • When parents of currently enrolled children pay this by Feb. 1, it serves to secure priority re-enrollment status for the next school year until re-enrollment contract is returned on March 1.
ANNUAL TUITION IN 10 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS
  • del Sol is a private educational center of limited enrollment and makes arrangements for the enrollment, development, and instruction of each of its members for the entire school year. Therefore, the tuition is an annual fee payable in ten monthly installments to which parents agree to pay in full.
  • The ten monthly installments are due the 1st of each month starting the spring enrollment season before the school year starts in the fall to allow for confident commitments in both parents and del Sol. Installments begin April 2022, then July 2022 and continuing through March 2023.
  • Parents enrolling in May-June after first tuition installment of April 1 is due, may “catch up” paying April 1 installment with the return of the enrollment/financial contract in May-June.
  • Parents enrolling in July-August may opt to “catch up” with all tuition due with the return of the enrollment/financial contract in July-August OR have 20% of all previous tuition installments due with the return of the enrollment contract and the other 80% spread out equally between the future four installments September – December. The last three installments, Jan. – March have the original published monthly amount.
  • QuickBooks is our online bookkeeping and accounting service which is our right hand for handling tuition and fees during the school year. QB sends invoices, charges late fees, records payments, and much more. del Sol does not accept payment from any other methods of payment — no cash, check, Venmo, etc. We have used QuickBooks over 15 years with no security issues. We pay for this professional service which takes a lot off our “Things to do” list.

*Tuition & Fees are subject to change

Tuition Refund Policy

If parents/guardians cancel enrollment prior to the start or completion of the school year, parent/guardian must submit notice in writing a minimum of 90 days in advance. Such cancellation is made without penalty, except forfeit of fees and tuition due to that date.

OUR TOTAL MULTI-AGE POPULATION is created with regard to balance of gender, attendance schedules, “Ages & Stages” and individual development, as well as our goals for diversity. Smaller groupings will form:

  • to target general and specific needs of the Whole Child based on “Ages & Stages” AND individual development in multi-age groupings/cohorts, typically, and yet flexibly seen as 3s, 3s-4s, 3s-5s, 4s, 4s–5s, older 4s/Pre-Ks
  • to provide teacher support for extending learning opportunities for small group interest groups and projects.
